Bazm e Zaika provides homemade food services within Lahore, Pakistan.
All our meals are freshly prepared using hygienic and high-quality ingredients.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our website or contact options provided.
Full payment must be made at the time of order confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3. Delivery Policy
We currently deliver only within Lahore city limits.
Delivery times may vary based on location and order size; however, we strive to deliver within the committed time.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them. After this time, cancellation may not be possible due to preparation already underway.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
In case of incorrect or damaged delivery, customers must report within 2 hours of receiving the order for resolution.
5. Food Quality and Allergies
While we ensure the highest hygiene standards, customers must inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
Bazm e Zaika is not liable for any health issues arising from undisclosed allergies or improper storage of delivered food.
6. Use of Content
All content, images, and branding on the Bazm e Zaika website are our property and cannot be used without permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
